Are estimates really free?
Yes. We visit the property, look at the job and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Do you handle permits?
For work that needs a permit, such as window replacement, new fences and structural block work, we tell you up front and include permit handling in the estimate. Permitted work is performed by, or under the supervision of, a contractor licensed for that trade.
Can you match my existing stucco texture?
In most cases, yes. We match common South Florida finishes like knockdown, sand and skip-trowel so the patch blends in once the wall is painted.
Do you take away the debris?
Every job includes clean-up. Yard waste, old fence boards, drywall scraps and old windows are hauled away unless you ask us to leave something.
Do you offer recurring lawn service?
Yes. We offer weekly and bi-weekly maintenance for homes, plus set schedules for HOAs, condos and commercial properties.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are written into your estimate. Larger jobs may require a deposit, with the balance due at completion. We accept check, card, Zelle and other methods listed on your invoice.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee our workmanship for one year from completion unless your written contract says otherwise. Manufacturer warranties on windows and materials pass through to you. See our Terms of Service for details.
